Arrival and Departure

Guest check-in is after 12:00 p.m. on arrival day. Check-out is no later than 12:00 p.m. noon on departure day.

We are happy to accommodate early arrivals, subject to availability at check-in. Additional fees may apply.

Please contact our team prior to arrival to confirm availability.

Requests for late check-outs are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Late check-out requests should be made as soon as possible.

Cancellation

Our cancellation policy will be detailed in your booking contract. Please reference the contract agreement provided by the reservations team for more information.

Rate Taxes

Booking rates are subject to 12.5% hotel occupancy tax and will be reflected in your booking contract.

Special Requests

The Hideaway Hull Bay will try to honor special requests (such as a rollaway bed, or crib). However, availability cannot be guaranteed and some restrictions apply. Please notify us of your special requests upon booking your reservation.

Accessibility

The Hideaway Hull Bay is pleased to offer a limited number of accessible rooms. Please notify us of your accessible room request prior to arrival.

Guest Registration

Guests are required to present a valid photo identification at the time of check-in, such as a driver’s license, valid passport or other recognized form of photo identification. All guests must be registered with the property and no non-registered or outside guests are allowed on the property at any time.

Quiet Hours

To assure our guests & neighbors enjoy a peaceful environment, we have request that everyone adheres to a quiet time policy effective at 10:00 p.m. If you or your guests cause an unreasonable disturbance before 10:00 p.m., one warning will be given to you to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed or the disturbance occurs after 10:00 p.m., you may forfeit all advance deposits and be asked to leave the property. The Hideaway Hull Bay reserves the right to evict a guest without warning if the circumstances warrant. Additionally, guests are liable for all damage to or theft of the property of The Hideaway Hull Bay. Your participation is appreciated as it helps assure a safe and restful stay for everyone.

Smoking Policy

The Hideaway Hull Bay is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke-free environment. All of our guest rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking. This policy also applies to electronic smoking devices such as e-cigarettes. The Hideaway Hull Bay reserves the right to charge any guest a $500 cleaning fee per room or area that is in violation of this policy.

Pets

Due to the sensitive ecology of the property and grounds, The Hideaway Hull Bay can not accept dogs (or pets) at this time. Exceptions are made for trained and certified service animals.
