Full, Partial, or Shared Estate Buyout

For couples wanting the entire property to themselves, a Full Estate Buyout accommodates up to 36 guests across 8 cottages and 2 villas. A Partial Estate Buyout sleeps up to 24 guests in 8 cottages. Both options include exclusive access to the property and welcome cocktails upon arrival. For Full and Partial Buyouts, the couple pays for all accommodations; group buyouts require in-person check-in. For a more flexible approach, a Shared Buyout allows couples to hold the date with the wedding event fee as a deposit, while guests book and pay for their rooms individually.

The Shack, our beachside restaurant and bar next door, is the ideal setting for rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, and casual celebrations. Choose a Full Restaurant Buyout for complete exclusivity, or the Big Bar Buyout—a guest favorite featuring a spacious covered pavilion, two fully equipped bars, and open lawn space. Each event beyond the wedding is priced individually. Either option comes with Hull Bay's golden-hour sunset views.
