Villa One
Sleeps up to 6 people
Stay a stone's throw from the beach in one of our three bedroom villas with three full bathrooms, a private courtyard, two outdoor showers, and plenty of parking space. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and is located on the first floor. The main living space is located on the second floor and offers spectacular ocean views. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a homemade meal, including pots, pans, and utensils. With a wrap-around balcony on each floor, you and your guests will have plenty of opportunities to catch the sun rise and set, relax in the hanging chairs, or snooze in one of the hammocks.
Pool and pavilion access is available, if the partial estate is not privately booked.

What's Included in Every Stay

Every cottage and villa comes fully stocked: French press and tea kettle, coffee, tea, and sugar for slow mornings. Full-size bathroom essentials include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion—no miniature bottles. A hair dryer and clothes steamer are provided, along with beach towels and chairs, an umbrella for tropical showers, and kitchen basics for nights in. All units feature air conditioning and Smart TVs for streaming (guests log into their own apps). Note: There is no cable TV or gym on the premises.

Arrival & Check-In

Check-in begins at 4 PM; check-out is at 10 AM. The Hideaway offers self-check-in with no front desk. Once guests receive an email with personalized check-in instructions and directions, their cottage or villa is ready.

Your Beach Experience

Hull Bay Beach is a local favorite known for clear, pristine water and a leisurely pace. The Hideaway provides beach towels and chairs for all guests. The Shack, our beachside restaurant steps away, serves cold drinks and fresh-off-the-grill fare. While there are no beach servers, the walk is short and barefoot-friendly. Snorkel gear is available through a local rental partner who delivers directly to the property—call or text Webb at (340) 474-9332.

The Hideaway offers complimentary Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and sand toys—available upon request at the time of booking. For specialty baby equipment such as strollers, car seats, or beach gear, guests can contact the trusted local vendor, Calabash Baby, at (340) 690-3701.
