Yes, our water is completely safe to drink from any faucet. A filtered water station and an ice chest are also available at the Pavilion.

Yes, we provide beach towels and chairs for guest use.

Check-in begins at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM.

We offer self-check-in; there’s no front desk on-site. You’ll receive an email with your check-in instructions at 3 PM on the day of arrival.

Yes! We offer a Pack ’n Play, high chair, and sand toys—all available free of charge.

A Full (Sleeps up to 36 guests at double occupancy. Includes 8 cottages + 2 beachfront villas) or Partial Estate (Sleeps up to 24 guests at double occupancy. Includes 8 cottages. Buyout provides exclusive access to the property, similar to a hotel room block but with added perks:

• Exclusive access to either the full 18-bedroom estate or a partial 12-bedroom layout.

• Welcome cocktails for guests.

Shared buyout option, where guests can book and pay individually.
Flexible booking, using the wedding event fee as a deposit to hold dates before paying for all accommodations.

Unfortunately, there's no gym on the premises.

No, unfortunately, our restaurant, The Shack, does not have beach servers. Thankfully, it is just a few steps away. Have a sunny beach day!

We're located roughly 25 minutes away, depending on traffic.

There's plenty of parking on premises, completely free of charge.

We do not provide snorkel gear; however, we work with a rental company that will come and drop them right at your doorstep. For snorkel rental, call or text Webb at (340)4747-9332.

All units come with a French Press.

Summer on St. Thomas brings warm, humid weather, daily highs around 90 °F, cooling breezes, warm seawater, and occasional tropical showers. It’s also the start of hurricane season, so staying tuned to forecasts and advisories is wise.

St. Thomas boasts a sunny, tropical climate year-round, with daytime temperatures in the 80s (higher in the summer months) and cooler nights in the 70s. The island enjoys steady trade winds from the east, especially from December to April, which help keep conditions comfortable. The rainy season runs from May to November, peaking in September and October, though showers are typically brief and often occur overnight. The most popular and driest time to visit is December through April, while May and early June offer excellent weather with fewer crowds.

Yes, all of our units have air conditioners to keep you cool and comfortable throughout your stay.

Each event is priced individually. The wedding package covers a 5-hour event with lighting, staffing, and more—each additional and separate event has its own event fees associated.

Yes! We offer platter-style lunches with optional mimosas—priced per person.

Absolutely. We have coolers available for both areas– Just make sure to request one with your point of contact

Yes, with a buyout, they can join casual gatherings. Formal events may require additional event fees and are priced by the guest count tier.

We require the event fee as a deposit and a signed event contract to reserve your wedding date.

Pricing is dynamic and date-dependent. Full or Partial estate quotes reflect guaranteed availability, exclusivity, and lock-in rates, while booking individual units can cause prices to fluctuate and does not guarantee availability.

The Shack operates as a restaurant—open tabs are possible, but wedding events follow bar package pricing.
