The Farm-to-Table Dining
Some of your best memories at The Hideaway will be made around the table. We’ve centralized our estate grounds, as well as our weekly offerings, around authentic food and beverage experiences. Our weekly Taste of the Farm Dinners will indulge all your senses. See what’s on the current menu here and make sure to ask, when you book, if we have seating availability during your stay.
At its inception, our farm was designed to showcase the agriculture of the Virgin Islands, and we have since cultivated over 50 varieties of fruit, vegetables, and herbs. It’s these ingredients that bring a distinctive freshness (our sorrel gelato is to die for) and diversity (curried pumpkin and sweet potato soup, anyone?) to our chef-crafted cuisine. We also partner with local fishermen for the freshest seafood, literally caught steps away, to bring you the ultimate farm (and sea!)-to-table experience— whether you're dining on the catch of the day with locals at our next-door restaurant The Shack or enjoying a private meal under the stars with our on-site chef.
The Private Experience
When guests step on property, they often report feeling transported to a “true hideaway,” far away from the hustle of normal life. Inside of our double gates, you’ll find yourself at the perfect intersection of privacy and authenticity — where you can hear and smell the waters of Hull Bay, while being enveloped under swaying palms and the peaceful quiet of our natural surroundings.
We’ve set up our estate and farm to help you unplug, embrace our beachside vibe, and lean into the elimination of hurry. Sway in a hammock, read a book, loose track of time…with no distractions and total privacy! The property is yours to explore and enjoy throughout your stay with us.
Our five-acre, private beachfront estate with two beachfront villas and eight beachside cottages is small on purpose— our max capacity is 36 guests–so we can offer a more exclusive and elevated boutique experience. The Beachfront
For many, the name Hull Bay may not ring any bells, and the attraction of this secluded beachfront may come as a complete surprise. “A hidden paradise— we woke up each morning and walked right into the crystal clear waters of Hull Bay. We watched fisherman arrive with their catch, then dined on the very same fish at the on-site restaurant. Drank strait out of coconuts from the farm, and cocktails made from flowers they grow on-site. I don't think I've ever slept in so late in my adult life, every bit of the experience was luxurious, accommodating, and such a retreat from normal life!”
